General FAQ
Q. Once I am a customer of Futura Independent Financial Advisers, how long do I need to stay with you as a customer? |
|
A. Obviously we would like our customers to feel confident of our service and professionalism to stay with us always. However there is no obligation to do so and customers can terminate our services at any time. However we will require payment of any fees owed for services received to date. If you pay us on a retainer basis we will require a minimum of 1 month notice. What we would ask in this instance is that our customers are honest in their feedback. This will help us to understand the reason for moving our services and assist us in our commitment to constantly improve. |
Q. Can Futura Independent Financial Advisers act as Trustee or Executor to my estate? |
| A. No. We cannot act as both Financial Advisor and Executor of an estate as this would be a conflict of interest. |
Q. What if I think the products you are offering does not suit me and my current situation? |
| A. There is a 'no obligation' policy with Futura Independent Financial Advisers, therefore you can elect to forego any recommendations that are put to you. However we would endeavour to meet your needs at all times, even if it means we revert back to your requirements and source another product for you. Alternatively you can make your own choice. After all, if you think of it like a shopping expedition you don't always buy the first thing you see. We can assure you of our full attention at all times to find the best solution for you. |
